Let the fall fun begin in Tinley Park

Whether you love a good fright or prefer a laid-back October without the spooks and scares, Tinley Park has you covered. Mark your calendars, round up your crew and get ready, because fall fun is just getting started in Tinley Park.

Harmony Square is ready for the season with a full lineup of events designed to get the whole family out and having a good time.

For those who like their Halloween with a little more scares, the brand-new Frights in the Square is not your little kid's Halloween. Get ready for supernatural stories, a haunted museum, horror trivia, Halloween-inspired vendors, food, beverages and more. It's an evening of spooky entertainment you won't want to miss!

If you're looking for family-friendly fun, the Village's annual Boo Bash is the perfect pre-Halloween party. Bring the kids in costume for trick-or-treating, games, music, bounce houses and of course, plenty of candy. Consider it a Halloween test run packed with excitement for the whole family.

There are also two more Movies in the Square showings left this season at Harmony Square that kids and adults alike will love. Sit back, relax and watch "Monsters Inc" and "Ghostbusters II" on select Fridays. Bring a blanket, pack some snacks, and enjoy a movie night with a little fall chill in the air.

Missing the summer Ale Trail Trolleys already? You're in luck! October brings a special Halloween-themed Ale Trail pop-up, Ghouls Night Out. Beat the midweek blues, grab your ghoul-friends, and hop aboard the trolley, stopping at Tinley Park's spooktacular wineries and breweries.

The October festivities don't stop there

Browse unique and mysterious finds at the Dark Arts & Oddities Market at Soundgrowler Brewing, check out the amazing car decorations at Hailstorm Brewing's Trunk or Treat, or prepare to be awe-struck by a Mentalism & Magic show at Sip Wine Bar. If all that excitement works up an appetite, each establishment offers delicious food and beverages to keep the good times going.

If you'd rather skip the haunts and thrills altogether, Tinley Park has plenty of other ways to enjoy the season too. The Tinley Park Convention Center will host two exciting shows this month. At the Reptile Breeders Conference, visitors can admire and explore thousands of reptiles, while the Chicago Home Show will feature a wide variety of home products and services to inspire your next remodeling or home-improvement project.

A feel-good fall

Fall is also a wonderful time to come together for feel-good fun and support causes that make a difference. Soundgrowler Brewing's Barktoberfest combines Oktoberfest fun with adorable, adoptable pets while benefiting Will County Animal Protection Services. Additionally, KDA Fitness will host a Fashion & Fitness event in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, featuring shopping, stylish accessories, and energizing fitness activities all centered around health, strength, and wellness.

These events are a great reminder that fall can also bring people together to support causes that matter, adding a little extra warmth to the season as temperatures begin to drop.

No tricks, just treats

There's no single way to celebrate fall in Tinley Park. Enjoy family-friendly Halloween events, a night out on the town with friends, or spend an afternoon shopping and supporting a good cause. You don't have to choose just one!

The spookiest part of October would be missing out on all the fun happening around town. Start planning your fall adventures and explore everything Tinley Park has to offer at VisitTinleyPark.com
